When viewing your calendar, notice the row of options along the top of the calendar. The first box will contain the word "Account:" and then your name. The next box to the right is a search box - type in "planning" and click "show" (or press Enter). quot;Account: Planning" will appear in the first selection box, and you'll be able to see the
Planning Calendar. To overlay your calendar, check the "me too" box. For example:

**Tip: you can show only certain event types by using the fifth box to select the event type you want to see. You can also use the fourth box to view a calendar in a different time zone, but be
careful - it's easy to get confused this way!
