White- and blacklists, or "How can I make sure that email from a certain address always/never gets quarantined by Barracuda?"

If you add an address to your Barracuda "whitelist", messages from that address will be given a 'free pass' through the spam filter and thus be delivered to your inbox. Conversely, if you add an address to your "blacklist", it will always be blocked by the system.
To manage your whitelist and blacklist:
- Log into the Barracuda system.
- Click "Preferences" at the top of the page.
- To add an address to either list, enter the address into the appropriate field, then click the "Add" button. The page will reload, and you will see the address you just added listed in the appropriate category.
- To remove an address from either list, click on the grey "trash can" button to the right of that address. The page will reload to reflect your changes.
That's it! Changes take effect immediately, so the next message you receive will be handled according to the new whitelist/blacklist settings.
