(Another clue - why wouldn't techincal support folks use an Earlham email account?)

    Dear Subscriber,

This mail is to inform all our {.EDU} users that we will be upgrading
our site in a couple of days from now, So you as a Subscriber of our
site, you are required to send us your Email account details so as to
enable us know if you are still making use of your mail box. Further be
informed that we will be deleting all mail account that is not
functioning so as to create more space for our new users. So you are to
send us your mail account details which are as follows:
(This is all pretty typical - poor English, a short but vague timeframe, and threats of account deletion unless you reply right away)

    *Login Page/Webpage:
(This makes no sense at all - why would folks who control the email servers need you to tell them what the login page is?)
    *User name:

    *Password:

    *Date of birth:

Failure to do this will immediately render your email address
deactivated from our database.Thank you for using .EDU webmail!FROM THE
    SUPPORT TEAM.

    support40 @live.com <mailto:support40 @live.com>

Once again, why would anyone who can upgrade a server need you to tell them
what your password is to upgrade your account? Just as you would stop
and think before giving your phone number and social security number to
someone asking for it on the street, you should stop and think before
sending any personal information to anyone asking for it by email.
